I AM A CANCER SURVIVOR
In 2005, I was diagnosed with cancer of the tongue. This was a shock to me and my family since I am a NON SMOKER in excellent health. I would like to share with you the approach and ways I took to REDUCE STRESS AND FIGHT CANCER WITHOUT FEAR.
As a Hospital Pharmacists I knew that Chemotherapy, Radiation, and Surgery would be required to fight cancer.
STRESS WOULD BECOME THE ENEMY
I spent a great time in the preparation of getting my body and mind ready for the treatments, by using CD's for meditation techniques, guided imagery and hypnosis to fight cancer.
